Vegan Cooking Class ONEtoONE on-site

In this one to one cooking class, Erika (La Hueca Vegana’s founder) will teach you to prepare many traditional Ecuadorian dishes with ingredients 100% vegan.

This is an onsite one time class and lasts approximately 3 hours. The methodology was designed for groups between 1 to 3 persons.

 ¿What’s included?

  • Approx 2.5 to 3 hours class
  • Cooking apron
  • All the ingredients for the 6-8 recipes
  • All the cookware needed
  • You will cook through the guidance of vegan Chef Erika
  • You will have an Ecuadorian culinary experience – vegan version
