{"id":1354,"date":"2023-03-28T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lahuecavegana.com\/?p=1354"},"modified":"2026-04-02T08:39:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T13:39:14","slug":"empanadas-masitas-sin-gluten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lahuecavegana.com\/blog\/empanadas-masitas-sin-gluten\/","title":{"rendered":"Empanadas y Masitas Sin Gluten"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A pocos d\u00edas de celebrarse la Semana Santa, que es la culminaci\u00f3n de la cuaresma, 40 dias desde el carnaval, seg\u00fan el calendario cristiano para resarcirse de las faltas, &nbsp;creer y recibir a Dios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Por supuesto estas fechas est\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ados de un plato: la Fanesca en el cual cada grano que se pone significa uno de los 12 ap\u00f3stoles y el bacalao representar\u00eda a Jesucristo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parece que originalmente el potaje de la fanesca dentro de la cultura ind\u00edgena era una guiso de todos los granos que se cosechaban a partir de febrero a prop\u00f3sito del Pawkar Raymi y su nombre en quichua era \u201cuchucuta\u201d que significa granos tiernos cocidos con aji&nbsp; y hierbas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy 28 de marzo, casualmente es el cumplea\u00f1os de mi mami.
